Read through these guidelines fully before attempting to do unbox and setup your machine.

🛑 STOP: Before you begin, please make sure you inspect the crate for any damage. Remember, the time to report any damage during shipment is now. There will be no recourse if damage is reported several days from now. 👉 Follow the instructions to Inspect and Report Damage.

Uncrate Your Machine

In this step-by-step tutorial, Emily Caroline, will guide you through the process of uncrating an Aeon NOVA CO2 laser.

  • Pry Bar
  • 4 wooden dowels
  • Protective Gloves

📦 What You Will Learn

  1. Unboxing and inspecting the package
  2. Removing protective packaging
  3. Safely handling the laser components
  4. Adding the wheels
  5. Securing the laser on a stable surface

Setup Your Machine

🛠️ Tools Needed

  • Phillips Head Screwdriver
  • Cutting Utensil
  • Machine Panel Key
  • Machine Ignition Key
  • Machine Power Cord
  • Exhaust Hose
  • Hose Clamps
  • Distilled Water - 2 gallons

Check Alignment

📌 Note: More often than not the lasers will retain the alignment done at Aeon Laser USA.

It is highly recommended that you simply follow the alignment video below without making any adjustments.

If you feel that something is off, please email support with the photos of each individual burn mark. Our Support Team will be able to compare them to the photos we took prior to shipping.
